6. Do Not Track Signals: We respect visitors’ choice of “Do Not Track” signals and do not track, plant cookies or use advertising when suh mechanism is in place. Users can enable or disable Do Not Track in the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

You must provide us with a copy of the permission you have given to the agent. It must be signed by you to prove the legitimacy of the authorization of the agent to submit the request on your behalf. You will also need to verify your own identity directly with us.

The verifiable consumer request must include satisfactory information to reasonably verify you (or an authorized representative) are the person about whom we collected Personal Information and adequate details for us to properly understand, process, and respond to your request.

We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity or your authorized agent’s identity as part of the verification process.

We cannot respond or complete your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you. Otherwise, we will not proceed with the request. We will deliver our written response through email, at your given email address.

For data portability requests, We will select a readily usable and machine-readable format to provide your Personal Information that should allow you to transmit the Personal Information from one entity to another without obstacles, specifically by electronic mail communication.

10. Linked Third Party Websites

We may provide links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on such links, you will be directed to third party websites that we have no control over. Stymix shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your use of any third party websites to which the Services link. We strongly suggest you review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

11. Payments

We offer and may offer paid products and services under our Services. In that case, third-party services will be used for payment processing. The information you provide directly to these third-party payment processors, are governed by their own privacy policy. We do not collect, process or store your card details. 12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for Children under the age of 13 (thirteen), and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen.
