For the NWL team, the biggest obstacle was coming up with hundreds of subcategories and an engaging experience that goes beyond a simple copy-and-paste approach for the notes. 

We wanted our consumers to feel the personal touch in every note they put together.

There are quite a few competitors in the same field. However, they offered loads of messages from which you could copy the text. But if you want to create a message using visuals, you'll need a tool like Canva. This was another challenge we wanted to solve for our audience.

From a design standpoint, we needed to create a wonderful user experience with a UI design that quickly forms a sense of connection with the visitor and keeps them content.

Note With Love's website was thoughtfully created with user experience at its heart. 

We created a sleek, modern UI for simple navigation and content discovery with lots of subcategories to dive into for users. "We wanted our users to feel an immediate connection, so we focused on a design that was both aesthetically pleasing and emotionally resonant," the UI/UX designer explained. 

To stimulate user engagement and creativity, interactive elements  were included, such as customizable image, quotes. These were integrated to encourage user participation and creativity. 

Following a thorough study, we selected the latest tech stack for the front end, including Next.js and TypeScript, and a Strapi headless CMS for the backend. "The choice to choose this blend was essential. "It allowed us to offer a solid, scalable solution that could satisfy our creative needs,"  explains the lead developer. 

The implementation focused on improving streamlining picture production, and routing, and guaranteeing a seamless interaction with GraphQL for data fetching.

After deployment, Note With Love saw a steady increase in its page visits. The option to generate images with personalized wording was much appreciated, found by a small controlled survey.
